As a pocket print server, 802.11b-compliant IC155-WLANPOCKET allows you to connect one printer or multifunction device to a Wireless LAN. It supports one parallel device, directly plugging onto the external printer port. Installation requires a few simple steps only and is done with the help of a particularly developed Wireless Wizard.
Optimum eavesdropping security is guaranteed by several complementary security mechanisms: In addition to the standard 802.11b encryption WEP, the IC155-WLANPOCKET supports encryption via TLS and SSL, plus several authentication mechanisms including Cisco LEAP.
