Management can keep track of who has and has not read policies, memos, and other electronic information.
Post complete policies, changes, memos, warnings, etc. Employees receive an email notifying them of the new publication and giving them a link to review the information. Once the employee has read the document, they must select an option to accept what they have reviewed. Daily notifications will continue to remind personnel who forget to review the document and accept its contents. |
